HOW DO I PURCHASE ITEMS?

Once you are viewing the contents of your basket you may modify at by simply altering the numbers to the right of the items and then selecting "update bag".
HOW DO I CHECKOUT?
Once you are ready to checkout with the items in your basket, click on the "Checkout" button in your shopping basket. If you have previously registered simply sign-in using the email address and password assigned to your account. If you do not have an account, follow the quick and easy steps to create an account and continue through the remainder of the checkout process.
Based on the contracts and relationships held with our vendors, the products sold on our site are intended for personal use only and are not to be resold. We reserve the right to withhold and cancel orders from those whom we believe may be ordering on a resale basis.
HOW WILL I KNOW IF A PRODUCT IS AVAILABLE?
Items which are unavailable will be greyed out in the online store. We do make every effort to keep on top of our stock lists however if the instance does arise where we cannot fulfil your order you will be notified. If any item is currently not available yet you wish to obtain it in the future please follow us on social media to keep informed.

WHAT IS THE BEST WAY TO ATTACH THE PATCHES YOU SELL?
Patches are iron on and therefore best attached using an iron.
Use iron from inside of garment
Do not heat the face of the patch directly.
1) Select the cotton setting 170 degrees C
2) Apply firm pressure 15-20 seconds, longer if needed
It is the customers responsibility to attach the patch correctly.

ARE THE PRODUCTS YOU SELL SUITABLE FOR CHILDREN?
Unfortunately our pins are not suitable for children as when the butterfly clip is removed they are quite sharp. Please exercise caution when handling these products with the butterfly clip removed. Pinch Co. cannot be held liable for customers misusing our products.
HOW LONG CAN I EXPECT TO WAIT FOR MY PURCHASE?
All orders placed before 4pm Monday - Thursday will be processed and shipped the next business day. Please be aware this does exclude holidays. Any orders placed after 3pm on Thursday will not be shipped until the following Monday. Please note in high volume periods these dispatch times may vary. Times are estimates and subject to change. Once with our carrier the following delivery times are expected:
